ADRIAN BYRON BURNS
Gloucester's Blues Trail (part 1)

picture of ADRIAN BYRON BURNS

On the evening of Friday 6th August 1999 I went to the ENGLAND'S GLORY PUB, Gloucester to see ADRIAN BYRON BURNS, who was performing there as part of Gloucester's Blues Trail.

I enjoyed the performance a lot especially when he performed "Ain't No Sunshine" the old BILL WITHERS number.

The style of guitar playing reminded me ERIC CLAPTON and the singing reminded me of PETER GREEN.

Although I thought the gig was good there was one problem, in that yet again I could not see a thing because people were standing up in front of me.

During the performance I got talking to two people from another band called the ROOSTER BROTHERS who were performing at the WELSH HARP the following night.
